Felicia Hall Allen, CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, team building, organizational development, executive coaching, and sports management.  A sports attorney by trade, Felicia represents basketball, track and field and volleyball college coaches across the footprint of Division I athletics. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Felicia earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Iowa where she played for Hall of Fame Coach, C. Vivian Stringer.  Mrs. Allen is a former NIKE Manager of Women's Basketball and Team Executive for the WNBA Charlotte Sting.
